The Sheraton Nassau (Cable Beach) Resort is a clean, nice-looking mid-range hotel with decent facilities on a nice beach. Our room was newly renovated and the public areas looked recently re-done too. The hotel shares facilities with the Wyndham Hotel/Casino next door (workout/spa facility, business center, etc.). The grand caveat for this hotel, though, is that the service is almost... more

Here is my truthful review of my recent trip to the Bahamas at the Sheraton. I have never travelled to the Caribbean before, therefore I feel confident my review is unbiased. The hotel was very clean, was cleaned daily, had a safe in the room, and provided free water on a daily basis. The bed was extremely comfortable! When we... more

I enjoyed my stay in Nassau as usual, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the end of my stay at the Sheraton. This was my first time not doing an all-inclusive on the island, and I will never do that again. The Sheraton is a very nice resort, but very boring because they have no... more

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Cable Beach for 3 nights in mid-July 2008. The other reviews have pretty much identifed the best and worst parts of staying here. Mostly, it is a fairly good hotel without being at a "luxury" level. The rooms have rather beautiful ocean views and the pools are actually quite nice, but nothing... more

We stayed at the Sheraton for 3 nights in late September. We were nervous going because there was a storm brewing in the Carribbean. Luckily, we chose to go for it and we had a great time. The beach was very good. It was wide and there were many lounge chairs available. The hotel seemed to be empty, so we... more

First I have to say th service is realy bad even when you tips you dont have better service at the bar. It suppose to be all inclusive but every time you take a drink, dinner or lunch you have ti sign the bill and put your room number. You have one italian restaurant and one buffet included at night... more

The hotel wasn't busy and we were given an instant upgrade to a nicer room. We walked and walked to find the room only to see that it hadn't been cleaned. We treked back to the front desk and were immediately given another room, even farther away. But at least this time she called to check and be sure it... more

Read Reviews all over...and have to admit I was a little nervous. So I was pleasantly surprised by my own experience there. First, the hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact...everyone I encountered was friendly. Definitely do the dollar bus number 10 to Nassau...Taxis are plentiful but the bus... more

I went to stay with my family at the Sheraton Cable Beach Resort, Bahamas for a quiet week in March. When we first got to the Hotel Check-In, there was no line-up so we checked right in but the room wasn't ready for us. Therefore we went to the Telegraph Bar that is opposite the Main Entrance and had a... more

My sister and I stayed at the Sheraton Cable Beach from August 28 - September 2, 2008. We took the all-inclusive package, so did not have to worry about the cost of food. We never had a bad meal, and the service everywhere on the resort was great. Get Sheldon the bartender to make you an Island Dream, and you'll... more
