I stayed at this hotel July 26 to Aug 2. I was expecting the worst from the reviews. Check-in went very well. They even offered cold punch to those waiting in line-up. Our bags were delivered to our 4 th floor room with-in 15 minutes. Our room was very clean. They really need to splurge on mini-fridges for the rooms.... more

Had a great time at Royal Decameron in Montego Bay. Staff at RDM are extremely friendly and courteous. Hotel grounds and lobby very clean but rooms need to be updated and thoroughly clean.
