Beach is beautiful!! Staff is average, like most hotels in Dominican Republic. Food was good some nights, other nights it was rows and rows of lettuce hehehe , liver and lots of fried food. My boyfriend and i stayed for a week at LTI. I did do research on the resort, read some reviews. Found them very helpful. Getting picked up from the airport was probably the most confusing thing i've ever gone thru. Just find whoever your travel agent set you up w/and pass others by. I've read the critical reviews and couldn't disagree more. First, if you check the prices on other Punta Cana all inclusives you'll see that this resort is a genuine bargain.
