This was our first year actually being able to stay at our timeshare here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. We had a 2 bedroom. All the staff we encountered were incredibly helpful and nice. We arrived early and were able to get access to the studio portion of our unit. A short while later we had access to the... more

The Surf Club in Aruba is wonderful. This is an excellent destination for families young and old and everyone in between. To start off the place is immaculate and extremely well kept. The service from the moment we checked in through the moment we checked out was flawless. Actually, everywhere we went in Aruba, the focus was on customer satisfaction.... more

We purchased a week at the surf club about 7 years ago, and this was our 4th trip back - our three year olds' third trip. We've only been there during the summer so I can't speak for other months, but during the summer expect to see LOTS of kids! For us, this is perfect, since our daughter came with... more

We just returned from a seven night stay at the Marriott Surf Club and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the room were clean and the pool area was very nice. We had a room with a kitchenette (microwave, small refridgerator, toaster, coffee maker) which turned out to be very convenient since going out for lunch or dinner can... more

We just returned from a week's stay at the Surf Club timeshare owned and operated by Marriot. We purchased the vacation at a charity auction in Houston, TX and could have chosen any resort owned and operated as a Marriot timeshare but since we hadn't yet vacationed in Aruba, thought we would give the Surf Club a shot. It was... more

Just came back from an amazing week at the Marriott Surf Club. I read all the reviews before going and I have to say that I was a little nervous about what I would find. Much to my delight this property is AMAZING!!! The lazy river is worth the stay alone. Unfortunately during the middle of the day it is... more

We've owned here for 4 years, and if we hadn't seen how perfect things can be at our other timeshares (Marriotts in Kauai and Maui) we might think this was OK. BUT -- the pool situation is awful. The pool with the swim up bar should be ALL ADULT and the kids should go where the slide, pool toys, and... more

The Marriott Suf Club is a beautiful property that is very well maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom that was spotless. It was also great having the conveniece of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. My only problem was with the air conditioning. There are 3 vents in the living room and only one in the bedroom. We had... more

Stayed here for 3 days in early July with 2 preteen sons and my DH. Let me state right away that we had just come from the Tamarijn Resort on Druif Beach (where we stayed for 4 nights) and had stayed a week back in 2006 at the Radisson, just a half mile away. Perhaps, if the order of our... more

My Husband, 18, 16, and 12 year old and myself stayed at the Aruba Surf Club, July 1st through July 8th. We all had an awesome time. The pool was great, the beach was awesome, always got help from the employees at the beach, helping out with chairs and making sure we had enough chairs for all of us. The... more
