Aruba Tower: There are 3 total towers to this resort, all seem very "Holiday Inn-ish". If you are judging a book by it's cover and compare it to the Playa Linda next door, you will be sad. We were, just based on looks alone. Our room: No frills. We are a family of 4 so we needed two beds. The... more

I had my wedding at this resort in July. Don't do it!!!! The beach/pool is awesome but the rest is not. The hotel is old but is a good value for the money. The wedding itself was an embarassment. I could never get ahold of the wedding planner. It would take weeks for him to respond. He messed up the... more

I booked this hotel primarily because of the price and the proximity to a wedding my wife and I were attending at a neighboring resort. Well it's no 5 star resort but it has everything you'll need on a vacation. It's not the place for a couple looking for a romantic getaway but it certainly is the place for a... more

The Holiday Inn Aruba is by far the best value of any resort in the entire Carribean. I had 2 rooms booked and travel with party of 7 people ages 5yo, 2 teens and a 92 year old. Aruba is a gem. First, it is located on the nicest stretch of beach in all of Aruba. It is within walking... more

This was probably the only hotel that made you wear wrist bands as if you were hospitalized. The lobby and hallways are not air conditioned. Water pressure and hot water in the shower was weak. They could never get the wake-up calls correct and was early by an hour. The "adult" pool was not surpervised and over-run with kids. No... more

If you are going to Aruba with children, then the Holiday inn is a perfect spot. The beach is one of the best in Aruba, and the pool is so close to the beach that children can run from one to the other. We took the all inclusive package and were glad we did. The restaurants were very good and... more

It is often said that you have only one opportunity to make a first impression. When we arrived at the hotel after traveling for over 18 hours and over an hour delay on our last flight segment, we found ourselves waiting in a stagnant line to check in. Since we had booked an all-inclusive package and the lobby bar was... more

My husband and I have been making Aruba our home since our honeymoon...1970. So yea we are very partial to this place. We have been staying at the Holiday Inn for over 20 years for 2 weeks in Jan. We have seen many changes and feel the Holiday Inn has kept up with what we want. I don't mine getting... more

I was in Aruba from July 23rd-27th and my boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. Here are a few notes about the trip. Hotel: The hotel in itself was clean, spacious, and lots of things to do. I had a room in the Bonaire hotel and it was good. Check-in was about 20-min or so. But the line got... more

I read the reviews before going, but we were more interested in the scuba diving and the beach than staying in our room. The trip started off on a slightly sour note when we arrived and the staff couldn’t find our reservations. To make matters worse, the on-line booking party closed ten minutes prior to our arrival at the desk.... more
