The Park Hyatt in NW district of Shinjuku is one of the grandest I have ever stayed with a high level of modern luxury and service, with price to match. We stayed three nights Friday 26-Monday 29 September 2008. Shinjuku is a smart district with wide road from Shinkuju station which is possibly the largest anywhere I have seen. Easy... more

The Park Hyatt in Tokyo is such an exceptional place!!! We stayed there for the last 2 nights of our long trip Australia-Asia trip and it was the most amazing hotel experience ever. The hotel is in the middle of Shinjuku, in walking distance to the station. We had booked a deluxe room which was located on the 44th floor.... more

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is everything that we thought it would be. We arrived fresh off the train from Osaka after flying in the night before and we weren't the most stylish looking couple. We were 2 hours early and were hoping to just drop off our bags and go get... more

This is a fine hotel and fun for the first few visits. It is very expensive. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Internet performance (wired and wireless) was OK, but could be slow during peak hours. This property is NOT walking distance from the Shinjuku station. With luggage, it is necessary to take a taxi. The location is a... more

I'm still in awe at the level of service and quality at the Park Hyatt. The stay exceeded my expectations. I stayed for one night during a two week trip to Asia. The rest of my hotel stays were on hotel points, but I wanted to splurge one night at the Park Hyatt. It was WELL worth it. From check-in... more

I've stayed in a lot of Hyatts; in fact, the Taipei Hyatt is almost like a second home to me. The Park Hyatt in Tokyo exceeded my expectations and almost left me breathless. I stayed there for about a week. The rooms are all on high floors (starting in the mid 40s I believe) so you can get a great... more

Amazing. Just like you hope it would be, especially for the money you are paying. A real lost in translation dream, especially dinner at the New York Grill. My husband had the £100 kobe Beef selection, and said it was amazing. Music and atmosphere is wonderful. We booked a table by the window, and the view is awesome, so is... more

Stayed at the Park Hyatt three years after my first visit and whilst it hasnt changed it doesnt look tired. Superb views good facilities but overall its the staff that makes it. One thing that grates on me though is the cover charge to get into the new york grill/bar when there is a band on (which seems to be... more

After watching Lost in Translation, we had always wanted to stay at this property. I must say it has been worth the wait. We were greeted at the door on the second floor by several staff members who escorted us to the elevator. When we arrived at the 41st floor, we were again greeted by several staff members, one of... more
