Do yourself a favour and take the kayaking tour. Really well organised, very interesting and made our trip to Langkawi. Quick warning - your legs are in the open all day: sunscreen, suncsreen, sunscreen. Also, you spend a lot of time paddling. If you have a bad back or bum - do the boat tour. We went on the mangrove boat trip. It was very interesting and we saw lots of wildlife. Our guide (the "cobra") was very knowledgeable and seemed like a nice guy.
