Wonderful setting, tranquil gardens with lush folliage surround a peaceful bathing area with shaded seating and dinner table. We spent a beautiful afternoon learning how to cook Moroccan food from an authentic cook, in an immaculate kitchen, amidst stunning surroundings. I've wowed my Australian friends by cooking the beautiful food on my return home. As well as the dishes cooked in the session, participants can have more recipes emailed afterwards! The cookery workshop is held a short car ride away from the main hotel in the most amazing location.
