My mom (70+) years young, located "stingraysailing.com" before we went on our cruise. We booked this tour and were thrilled that the price was half the cost of the cruise lines brochure price. When we arrived in Grand Cayman, we found the blue "stingray sailing tours" sign held by Chip Whitney. He had a red bandana on his head and... more

This is a must-do!! My boyfriend and I recently returned from a 7 day Royal Caribbean Cruise where we were lucky enough to visit Georgetown, Grand Cayman and experience this amazing adventure. Unlike the large group tours available through the cruise ship, this one allowed us to see Stingray city, beautiful snorkeling reefs, and some less-traveled areas of Grand Cayman... more

My boyfriend and I traveled to Grand Caymans with another couple in January of 2008. I had already researched Stingray City to the nines before we left and was convinced I was going to do it, regardless of the fact that everyone else I was traveling with protested to wanting to go. We arranged a tour with a woman who... more

A couple of weeks ago, my family went on a Carnival cruise of the Western Caribbean. I pre-booked excursions that were not part of Carnival's program. Our tour was with Chip Whitney of Stingraysailing.com. We took his catamaran with 24 other people to Stingray City. He provided us with snorkeling equipment and life jackets that were in good condition, free... more

Get off the boat and sign up with Moby Dick tours, on the dock in Grand Cayman. FANTASTIC! What else can I say. The best $40 (cash only) spent ($79 off the cruse ship!) Moby Dick Touirs made my Grand Cayman experience the best stop during our RK Liberty of the Seas cruise stop last week. We didn't book from... more

Stingray City is really an awsome experience. However, Grand Cayman has many cheaters, so be very careful. DO NOT choose Kelly's Tours. Also they haggle quite a bit. Once you get on the island after debarking from your ship, many salespeople are standing by, you can easily haggle the price down to less than $20 per person in the peak... more

My wife and I had a chance to visit Stingray city recently on May 25th. We took a Carnival Cruise to Cayman and Ocho Rios. Here is the review.... Our trip to Grand Cayman was fantastic. We bought an excursion ticket, which if we had the brains would not have done, because the same trip was being offered for 20... more

After reading all the reviews I had the choice narrowed down to either Soto's or Moby Dick. There are always a few individuals who can't be pleased, or unforseen circumstances that make the tours less spectacular. That said, I can report that our Soto's Stingray tour was excellent. Randy met us exactly where he was suppose to be in a... more

Moby Dick is excellent value and an easy way to see one of the greatest wildlife adventures in the world. The crew is charming (especilly the Italian, "thank you very nice") and knowledgeable, and were in the water with us the entire time. I highly recommend The Moby Dick more

Although I was completely scared to visit Stingray City, I thought it would be an adventure, and I certainly was right. The water at the sandbar (about 35 mins off shore by boat) was the bluest I have ever seen and there were tons of stingrays. They were very gentle (a little rowdy at feeding time) and loved the attention... more
