We went with our 7 year old son and stayed in the Tower rooms. Well worth it if you can upgrade. It was too hot during the early afternoon to be out so I used to take my son to the Penguin club. As a single, asian, female, travelling alone in Dubai I was a little worried. My biggest concern was to ensure that I found good accomodation.
