We stayed at an ocean front cottage in the Royal Lahaina Resort just steps to Kaanapali Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. The staff and manager (Kory) were wonderful and accommodating would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was ok. We couldn’t ask for more with that price. $198 a night for the 4 of us. I wasn't very comfortable. They ask you to not wear shoes in the room but the floor was pretty dusty and filthy, difficult to relax walking on barefoot like that. The bathroom was disappointing, black spots on cracks around the bathtub.... more

Ok, where do I start.....My fiance and I planned to go to Maui and get 'Maui'd'....so I did some extensive research and, there it was...The Two Mermaids! We were coming with girls ages 4, 12 and 15, so that took some doing...We had to have a pool, hot tub for the adults...(by the way, we had to fight the kids... more
