July 2008 Booked the first trip through the hotel rep. The horses are matched to riders ability. Rode western style (very easy way to ride even for beginers) through little villages, rivers, mountain forest and sugar cane fields. Stopped off for drinks and a merengue dance with the guides! This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed and. And I have been all over the world to places including Thailand and Bahrain. Food- There is 6 places to eat all together. French, Italian, Seafood, Tex Mex, Mango's and The Buffet. Mango's was the 'shack'which wasnt really a shack, that served food nearly all day, but everyone of... more
